The City of Memphis invites all applicable businesses to become certified as a Small Minority Women Business Enterprise (SMWBE).

All businesses can connect with the City by becoming a registered supplier through the City Purchasing Service Center, which provides the most cost-effective method of procuring materials, products and services for the City of Memphis.

The City maintains an open-door policy for all potential bidders and encourages the participation of minority and women businesses in the purchasing process.
