Bid submissions close at 12:00 noon CST. The bid session starts at 2:00 pm CST.
This allows the Procurement team additional time to prepare for bid sessions, helping to ensure a smoother process and reduced wait times for vendors.
Vendors are encouraged to join live bid sessions at 2:00p.m. CST via Microsoft Teams or In Person at City Hall.
