MEMPHIS, Tenn.— April 22, 2026— The City of Memphis’ Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) team will begin installing traffic control measures to support new sewer pipe construction at E. Butler Ave and S. Front St.


Traffic control devices will be in place on Madison Avenue and Manassas Street beginning April 23, 2026, and expected to remain in place until June 23, 2026.


What is SARP10?
SARP10 (Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program) is a long-term initiative aimed at improving Memphis’s sewer infrastructure over a 10-year period. The program focuses on assessing system conditions and completing rehabilitation projects to reduce sanitary sewer overflows.
