MEMPHIS, TN — The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will conduct concrete pavement repairs on I‑40 eastbound before the flyover at mile marker 13.6. The work will require nighttime and weekend lane closures to safely complete the repairs.

Crews will begin setting up the work zone on Thursday, April 23, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., including lane closures and traffic shifts.

From Friday, April 24, at 8:00 p.m. through Monday, April 27, at 5:00 a.m., crews will repair the concrete pavement, rebuild the roadway base, place new concrete, and complete finishing work. One lane will remain open.  All work is weather-dependent, and May 1-3 will serve as a backup date.
