SNAP assistance

The City of Memphis is pleased to make available a free tool to help residents determine if they are eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and to help with eligibility requirements of the program.

The tool is available in multiple languages and works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Residents answer a few simple questions about their situation and receive a personalized list of programs they may qualify for, along with plain-language guidance on how to take the next step.

The tool works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. No account or login is required.

• 24/7 access via voice or text
• It’s private, not participant information is taken
• It’s a resource navigation tool to help residents determine eligibility for SNAP and to understand the compliance requirements
• It has multiple language capacity and can be used as talk or text
• All of the information is pulled from the State so the eligibility information is tailored to State of Tennessee requirements.
