SNAP assistance

Ally is a tool that will help citizens to understand the new eligibility and

compliance requirements of the SNAP program. 

Some information about the tool:

• It’s private, not participant information is taken

• It’s a resource navigation tool to help residents find/maintain programs and resources that they’re eligible for

• It doesn’t replace programs, but rather guides residents to a correct entry point

• It can be embedded on partner websites 

• It has multiple language capacity and can be used as talk or text

• All of the information is pulled from the State so the eligibility information is tailored to State of Tennessee requirements.
