The Affordable Homebuild Partnership Program partners with for-profit and nonprofit housing developers to create safe, quality, affordable single-family housing through new construction or rehabilitation.
Program Overview:
Eligible uses include acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, or demolition.
Financial assistance for development subsidies is in the form of a loan.
Housing must serve low to moderate-income families/individuals as determined by HUD.
All single-family housing cannot exceed a sales price of $254,877 which is 95% of the median purchase price for the area based on FHA single mortgage program data for new construction.
