Memphis Affordable Housing Trust Fund
The Memphis Affordable Housing Trust Fund partners with for-profit and nonprofit housing developers to create safe, quality, attainable housing opportunities through new construction or rehabilitation. Funds are made available annually through a grant or loan.
Program Overview:
- Eligible uses include acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, demolition, city-directed down payment assistance, or temporary housing vouchers.
- Financial assistance for development subsidies is in the form of a grant or loan.
