SARP10 Team will be installing new sewer pipe: 700 – 900 Block of Scott St
MEMPHIS, Tenn., The City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Team will be installing traffic control on 700 – 900 Block of Scott St to allow installation of new sewer pipe.
Traffic control devices will be in place on 700 – 900 Block of Scott St beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and are expected to remain until October 1, 2026.
What is SARP10?
SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – is a program that will bring improvements to the sewer system in the City of Memphis over the next 10 years. The SARP10 team will implement the program through a series of condition assessment and construction rehabilitation projects over the life of the program. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows.
