MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 10, 2026 — SARP10 Team will be installing new sewer pipe: GE Patterson Ave and S. Front St. The City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Team will be installing traffic control on S. Front St. and GE Patterson Ave. to allow for the installation of the new sewer pipe.)

 

Traffic control devices will be in place on GE Patterson Ave and S. Front St. beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, and are expected to remain until the end of September.  What is SARP10?  SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – is a program that will bring improvements to the sewer system in the City of Memphis over the next 10 years. The SARP10 team will implement the program through a series of condition assessment and construction rehabilitation projects over the life of the program. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflow.
