SARP10 Team will be installing new sewer pipe: E. Butler Ave and S. Front St

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Team will be installing traffic control on E. Butler Ave and S. Front St to allow installation of new sewer pipe.

 
Traffic control devices will be in place on E. Butler Ave and S. Front St. beginning Wednesday, April 23, 2026, and are expected to remain until June 23, 2026.
 
What is SARP10?
 
SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – is a program that will bring improvements to the sewer system in the City of Memphis over the next 10 years. The SARP10 team will implement the program through a series of condition assessment and construction rehabilitation projects over the life of the program. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows.
