SARP10 Team will be installing new sanitary sewer infrastructure: S. Front St and Mina Ave.
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 10, 2026 —The City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Team will be installing new sanitary sewer infrastructure on S. Front St at Mina Ave. and Butler Ave.
Traffic control devices will be in place beginning Monday, September 14, 2026, to close S. Front St. between Mina Ave. and Butler Ave. and are expected to remain until September 30, 2026.
What is SARP10?
SARP10 – or Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program – is a program that has been assessing and making improvements to the sanitary sewer system in the City of Memphis over the past 10 years. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows.
