Mr. Early Taylor’s life has been defined by valor, faith, and family. His 27-year military career took him across the globe, serving honorably in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, with deployments throughout Asia, Europe, and the Pacific. A proud African American, he stood for justice and integrity during desegregation and racial challenges in the military.
Beyond his service, Mr. Taylor has been deeply rooted in faith and family. A long-time member of Faith Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He shared 39 loving years with his late wife, Ethel Taylor, raising three children—Ernie, Elton, and Victoria—and is the proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
At 100 years old, Mr. Taylor remains active and full of life—a man of prayer, action, and enduring faith, still serving his community with strength and humility.
