Changes To Trash Collection Thanksgiving Holiday Trash Collection
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the City of Memphis government offices are closed on Thursday, November 28, 2024, and Friday, November 29, 2024. Because of the holiday, your trash pickup may be affected. Many people’s trash collection is being moved up by one or two days.
Here is the schedule for Thanksgiving week.
If your trash pickup is usually on Monday, your schedule is still the same.
If your trash collection is usually on Tuesday, your pickup day is Monday, November 25.
If your trash day is usually a Wednesday or Thursday, your pickup day is November 26.
If your trash is usually collected on Friday, Thanksgiving week, your pickup day will be November 27.
If Team Waste services you, your trash collection will be delayed by one day.
