Help Shape the Future of the Memphis Riverfront
The City of Memphis invites you to participate in a series of Community Input Sessions to share your ideas for the Riverfront Master Plan—a vision that connects 30 points of interest along the Mississippi River.
Spanning from Greenbelt Landing to McKellar Lake, the plan links parks, cultural landmarks, and public spaces into one continuous network. The goal is to create a riverfront that is more accessible, connected, and enjoyable for both residents and visitors, while celebrating its natural beauty.
For too long, buildings, industrial sites, and other barriers have limited access to the river. This plan reopens pathways to the waterfront, making it easier to explore and experience the river in meaningful ways. Once complete, the Master Plan will serve as a long-term guide for investment and development, ensuring the riverfront remains a vibrant, welcoming, and essential part of Memphis.
