Memphis, Tenn. – August 18, 2025 – Memphis, get ready to show up and show out. The City of Memphis proudly presents 901 Day on Beale, an all-day celebration of everything that makes our city unforgettable — set for Monday, September 1, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. across Beale Street and Handy Park.

With the support of partners WYXR, iHeartRadio, the Memphis Grizzlies, ArtsMemphis, Beale Street, The Greater Memphis Chamber, and the Downtown Memphis Commission, this year’s 901 Day promises to be one of the biggest yet — a full day of live performances, hands-on activities, local vendors, and family-friendly fun that proves why Memphis is and will always be Culture City.

“901 Day is the perfect opportunity for us to say yes — yes to who we are and yes to everything we can be,” said Mayor Paul Young. “It’s a day to celebrate our talent, our soul, and our people, and to remind the world that Memphis is full of life, pride, and possibility. So come join us on Beale Street, let’s fill it with music, joy, and the unstoppable spirit of our city.”
