Property Sales
The Memphis Metropolitan Land Bank Authority acquires properties for resale in as-is condition or demolished and greened. Properties to be acquired for this purpose are to be approved by the MMLBA Board of Directors. Revenue associated with these transactions will be allocated to fund future maintenance and acquisition costs administered by the land bank.
All properties in inventory will be maintained for the intention of selling properties. Please note that all applicants for property sales must complete a developer’s portfolio.
