The City of Memphis takes pride in our diversity and inclusion initiatives. We create monthly Employee Resource Group opportunities that allow city employees to participate in service projects, professional development, and networking programming. Our goal is to foster a work environment where we embrace diversity where employees are valued and encouraged to utilize their skillset and abilities to serve our city and local community. We promote a workforce that values respect, professionalism, and dignity as we strive to obtain and maintain a diverse workforce in city government.
Employee Resource Groups (ERG)

The City of Memphis recognizes and supports the formation of Volunteer Employee Resource Groups (ERG).
