Board of Directors of the Economic Development Growth Engine Industrial Development Board of the City of Memphis and County of Shelby, Tennessee (EDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Economic Development Growth Engine Industrial Development Board of the City of Memphis and County of Shelby, Tennessee (EDGE) will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the offices of Junior Achievement Offices, 516 Tillman Street, Memphis, TN 38112 and will commence at3:00 p.m.
There will be considered at such meeting:
- Call to Order / Roll Call
- Chairman’s Opening Comments
- Public Comments
- Resolution to enter into a Right of Entry Permit and Option (“Permit”) to lease (“Lease”) with Cardinal Energy Storage East, LLC for up to 40 acres in Pidgeon Industrial Park pursuant to the Permit and Lease attached hereto.
- Resolution to enter a lease with CTC Property, LLC for approximately 522 acres in Pidgeon Industrial Park pursuant to the attached letter of intent.
